Terrenas Solar guides you through your solar energy project in Las Terrenas and on the Samaná peninsula, from your first question to the commissioning of the system. The process is always the same, and at every step you decide whether to continue.
The six steps of your project
1. Your request or simulation
Fill in the request form, get an estimate with the solar calculator or message us on WhatsApp. Only your WhatsApp number is required. If you like, you can tell us your area, the type of property, your approximate electricity bill, the outages you experience or your interest in financing.
2. We contact you on WhatsApp
Our team messages you at the number you provided to understand what you need: do you mainly want to get through outages, lower your bill or gain autonomy? We try to reply as soon as possible; response times can vary with the number of requests and the season.
3. Questions and optional photos
To prepare the visit, we may ask you for some information: recent bills, main appliances, when the property is occupied. You can also send us photos of the roof, the electrical panel, the meter or your current system. This is optional, but it saves time. Your photos remain private and are used only for your project.
4. The technical visit
A technician visits your property to inspect the roof, the shade, the electrical panel and the location for the inverter and batteries, and to confirm your consumption. This step is essential for a reliable quote. The terms of the technical visit are explained when we contact you on WhatsApp, before an appointment is set.
5. The detailed quote
After the visit, you receive a written quote: proposed equipment and specifications, work included, price, payment terms, expected timeline, and manufacturer and installation warranties. The quote always states who does the work. We explain the assumptions behind any production or savings estimates, which are indicative. Take all the time you need to decide.
6. Installation, commissioning and follow-up
If you accept the quote, the installation date is set according to equipment availability. At the end, the system is commissioned and tested with you, and we show you how to read its status. Afterwards, we can handle the follow-up: maintenance, cleaning, upgrades or diagnostics.
What costs nothing and commits you to nothing
Sending a request, using the calculator and being contacted on WhatsApp are free of charge and commit you to nothing. A request is neither a quote nor an order. The terms of the technical visit are explained when we contact you, and nothing is installed until you have accepted a written quote.
Who carries out the installations
Installations are carried out by THERD SRL or by selected partner installers; the quote always states who does the work.
That way you know, before signing, who will be working at your property and who is responsible for the installation.
Your personal data
Only your WhatsApp number is required, and your data is used to answer your request and prepare your project. We do not sell your data, we only share it with a partner installer if you agree, and we only send you marketing offers with your consent.
