Terrenas Solar
Terrenas Solar is a website dedicated to solar energy in Las Terrenas: panels, batteries, inverters and installation for homes, villas and businesses. It is operated by THERD SRL (RNC 133-63250-2), a Dominican company that runs several local websites in Las Terrenas.
Our goal is simple: to help you understand the options, estimate what solar can do for you and turn your interest into a concrete project, with a technical visit and a clear quote. A request commits you to nothing: at every step, you decide whether to continue, as explained in how it works.
A network of local websites in Las Terrenas
THERD SRL also runs other websites that are useful for people who live in or visit Las Terrenas:

Our commitment to transparency
- Indicative estimates: the calculator and our production or savings estimates are indicative, and we explain how we calculate.
- Prices on quote: we do not publish generic prices; the price is set in a written quote, after the technical visit.
- No false promises: we do not promise assured savings, an end to your electricity bill, or eligibility for programs or incentives that depend on the authorities.
- Warranties in writing: manufacturer and installation warranties are specified in every quote.
- Real projects only: we only publish installations that were actually carried out, with the client's agreement. We do not use invented testimonials.
- Respect for your data: only your WhatsApp number is required, your photos remain private and we do not sell your data. Details are in our privacy policy.
Who carries out the installations
Installations are carried out by THERD SRL or by selected partner installers; the quote always states who does the work.
If you are an installer or supplier in the area and would like to work with us, visit the installers and suppliers page.
Area we serve
We work in Las Terrenas and the surrounding area: Cosón, Playa Bonita, El Portillo and El Limón. Depending on the project, we also work in the rest of the Samaná peninsula. We know the local realities: frequent power outages, salt air, hurricane season and villas used as holiday rentals.
